We work with organizations that need their finance, IT, or data handled well, whether they have no department for it or a team that needs more capacity. On site in Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland; remote nationwide.

We run accounting, IT, and data, and we prepare tax returns and the year-end package for your auditor. Audits themselves come from an independent CPA firm, and we work directly with yours.

Owners and executives

You would rather deal with one firm than three. You want the books closed on time, the systems running, and the risks handled, with one point of contact and one invoice.

Practices: all three. Start with whichever is most pressing.

Finance leads and controllers

You need reliable monthly statements, a clean year-end, and a second set of hands that understands your chart of accounts. You would like someone else to understand how the books work, so it does not all rest on you.

IT leads and those responsible for IT

You need a help desk that responds, a network that someone is monitoring, and security controls you can confirm on a questionnaire. You may also need Splunk to have a clear owner.

You carry SWaM spending goals and need accounting support, IT support, or Splunk work from a certified vendor, for a small purchase or a larger procurement. We are certified in all four categories.

Larger vendors and prime contractors

You need a certified small business with financial management, IT and security, or Splunk capability on your team, or to meet a SWaM subcontracting goal. We own defined work packages and fill labor categories on time-and-materials orders.
