What this site does not do

• No analytics or tracking scripts. We do not measure visitors.
• No cookies set by us. The site is static files.
• No third-party fonts, embeds, or advertising networks. Fonts are served from this domain.

The contact form

When you submit the form, the fields you filled in are sent by email from our web server to our inbox at info@ascentioconsulting.com, together with the time and the IP address the submission came from. We use that to reply to you and to stop abuse of the form. Nothing is stored in a database. To limit spam, our server keeps a count of submissions keyed to a hash of your IP address, covering the previous ten minutes; it holds no message content. Email from the form passes through our hosting provider's mail server and our mailbox provider on its way to us.

Email you send us is kept in our mailbox for as long as we need it to deal with your inquiry or engagement. If you want it deleted, say so and we will.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs, which include IP addresses and requested pages, for security and operations. We do not analyze them for marketing.

Client data

Data we handle during an engagement is governed by the engagement agreement, not this page. In short: it stays in your systems, our access is named and removed at the end, and we do not sell or share it.
